This brightening c-balancing toner is formulated to help balance the pH levels of normal to oily skin, while helping increase the penetration of the c-clarifying serum and key CRx System ingredients.
 

Added Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis as it diminishes hyperpigmentation and neutralizes free radicals. As this toner contains soothing ingredients, this product will not cause irritation, redness or tightness after use.

Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing. Place a cotton ball over the top and apply 3-4 pumps of toner. Apply to the entire face and let dry. Follow with the Obagi CRx C-Clarifying Serum.
