Any one who uses this site will agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use for this site. Faliure to stick to the terms will result in suspension of your account and forfeit of all Glowsticks due, and the possibility of legal action.

Glowbay is a known subsidiary of Searlco Marketing LTD and will be referred to as "Glowbay".

Site Membership and Termination of Accounts
Glowbay only allows one account per person. We also allow a maximum of 4 accounts per household to prevent against fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to refuse membership. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your account with Glowbay without notice at any time, for any reason.

Earning Glowsticks
On Glowbay you will earn Glowsticks from a number of advertisers. We will make every effort to ensure Glowstick offers are correctly illustrated. Any transactions you make are with the advertiser in question, we will not be held responsible for any short falls regarding advertisers products and/or services.
Advertisers will confirm you're pending transactions, at which point they will appear in your approved section and on your statement. Some advertisers take longer to approve than others, however we do encourage advertisers to make regular approvals, Glowbay will not be held responsible for slow or cancelled transactions.
Should the goods or services be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the glowsticks will not be awarded. We can only award for a approved transaction, when a Glowbay member logs into www.Glowbay.co.uk and then clicks on the advertisers link. If you are not logged in when you visit our advertiser, we cannot track the earnings back to your account so you will forfeit any glowsticks earned. Glowbay accepts no responsibility for lost or deleted transactions.
All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the advertiser. Glowbay will make every effort to ensure that advertiser's are correctly reporting transactions however we cannot be held responsible should the advertisers systems fail to report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the glowstick reward from the advertiser on your behalf; however the advertiser's decision is final).

Sending Out
Glowstick Awards will be sent weekly every Friday, 30 days in arrears providing your approved glowstick balance exceeds 10. Accounts under this amount will be carried forward to the next week until they do reach the threshold. If the advertiser delay awards or cease trading, we will make every effort to recover your glowsticks. We accept no responsibility on advertisers successes or failures and make no guarantee of any awards until approved transactions have been received from the advertiser.

Newsletters
Members will receive a regular newsletter, providing updates on the latest offers and site updates. You are under no obligation to keep receiving emails and may terminate your account at any time.

Change of Terms & Conditions
We may modify/change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, we will notify any member by email when/if this happens.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

Fraudulent Transactions
If you enter false details to any of our advertisers, or try to fraudulently obtain glowsticks from any advertiser, we will immediately suspend your account and pass your details on to the relevant authorities.

Site Misuse
If you attempt to defraud the site www.glowbay.co.uk in any way, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice and pass your details to the relevant authorities.

Anti Spam Policy
www.glowbay.co.uk allows you to send emails to friends and family promoting the site to them and offering you a glowstick incentive. We do not tolerate any Spam or spamming activity and will delete and/or suspend your account without notice.

Deleting / Suspension
If we delete or suspend your account, you will automatically forfeit your glowsticks on the site both pending and approved. We will only suspend / delete your site when your account is suspected of fraudulent activity or breaking our terms and conditions. Our decision is final.

Visiting Advertisers
We would like you to use Glowbay as your main site for online use and encourage you to use our services, however we do not allow you to make several applications to the same company just to get rewarded! Our advertisers have invested in software that will notify them of duplicate loan/finance applications. We also do not allow you to make applications in family/friends names! This will result in your account being deleted and all pending and approved transactions forfeited. If you wish to make an application and the companies product does not suit your requirements that's fine. In a month or so your circumstances may have changed and you may apply again to see if the companies criteria suits you.

Unapproved Accounts
In order to cut down on unused accounts on Glowbay, all new accounts must be validated within 14 days of joining the site. If you have not approved your account within 7 days of joining you will be sent a notification email together with a link detailing your accounts deletion in the next 7 days. All accounts which are deleted will forfeit any outstanding glowsticks remaining on the account.

Unused Accounts
Cashbin will delete any account that is not logged into within a 45 day period. A warning email will be sent on the 30th day to warn of deletion.
Upon deletion your will forfeit all outstanding monies on your account.

Once You Leave
When you leave the Glowbay website, The site will remove you from its databases and mailing lists. Your details will be passed onto our sister site www.mailgoblin.co.uk to hopefully persuade you to come back and recieve occasional newsletters..
We will also pass your details on to 3rd party companies who may have offers we believe interest you.
